Traditional Apache Indian micaceous clay was recreated from the old tradition of micaceous clay pottery over 400 years ago. The body is composed from white mica and low co-efficient red clays.
Mica confers elasticity and makes pottery immediately identifiable. Its original Apache character is achieved after wood firing. Available in extruded body (moist form) for hand building.
