3D Kindyglitz is an acid free, archival, dimensional paint and glue. It can be applied to all card and paper surfaces, as well as glass and acetate and will dry to a raised, 3 dimensional finish. Great for adding a little glamour to papercraft, cardmaking and scrapbooking projects. Water based and Non-toxic.
